Full Service Coordination:
- Initial planning discussion, including concept, budget, location, and timeline (at least two hours)
- Vendor selection, proposal review, and contract negotiations, including rentals, music, invitation, printer, florists, photography, videography, and transportation; every detail of the event is covered
- Ongoing consultation, continuing discussions between client and La Festa over course of planning
- Day-of plan, including schedule for event agenda, people involved in event, and vendor deliveries/setup
- Vendor coordination, working directly with vendors prior to the event to ensure proper setup and handle any last-minute details
- Day-of onsite coordination, including on-site event designers to assist with all aspects of the event as long as desired (usually a minimum of eight hours)

Consultation Service:
- Initial planning discussion, same as above
- Vendor selection and proposal submission, chosen by the client from our extensive list of trusted professionals, who are then contacted by La Festa to check availability and obtain proposals
- Vendor review by La Festa, who will provide a summary report of recommendations, including all original proposals, and meet with the client for approximately two hours to review the report and answer any questions. From this point forward, the client will work directly with the vendors.

Day-of Event Management:
- Day-of plan, same as above
- Vendor coordination- same as above
