DETAILS OF SERVICES
Full Service Coordination: - Initial planning discussion, including concept, budget, location, and timeline (at least two hours) - Vendor selection, proposal review, and contract negotiations, including rentals, music, invitation, printer, florists, photography, videography, and transportation; every detail of the event is covered - Ongoing consultation, continuing discussions between client and La Festa over course of planning - Day-of plan, including schedule for event agenda, people involved in event, and vendor deliveries/setup - Vendor coordination, working directly with vendors prior to the event to ensure proper setup and handle any last-minute details - Day-of onsite coordination, including on-site event designers to assist with all aspects of the event as long as desired (usually a minimum of eight hours) Consultation Services Day-of Event Management Return to Main Services Page |
